The short version: ChatPlikacia is built on data minimalism. We collect only what is strictly necessary to connect you with others. Daily Rooms reset every day at 08:00 AM (Tbilisi time). We do not sell your data or run advertisements. Your interactions belong entirely to you.

1. Overview

ChatPlikacia ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application designed to facilitate secure, proximity-aware social connections through real-time discovery and temporary group interactions. This Privacy Policy outlines our data processing procedures under transparent developer policies.

By registering or using ChatPlikacia, you consent to the collection and handling of your data as defined here. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. What We Collect & Core Purpose

To deliver a secure matching ecosystem, we process the following data classes:

  • Account Authentication: Email address managed via secure Firebase Authentication tools. This handles profile access tokens, email verification steps, and password recovery systems.
  • Profile Attributes: Your chosen display name, age, and gender identity to establish discoverable matchmaking parameters.
  • Visual Data & Hosting: Main profile photo links stored securely on Firebase Cloud Storage for progressive disclosure rendering. Ephemeral media files transmitted inside chats are temporary and deleted after viewing.
  • Precise Location Data (Foreground Only): Your precise GPS coordinates (Latitude/Longitude) and general current city names are accessed only while the app is active in the foreground (within the Discovery view or when triggered via manual refresh within settings). This calculation maps local distances using abstract geospatial hashes. We do not track location in the background or compile continuous tracking histories.
  • Real-Time Messaging: Secure communication streams processed to evaluate "Reveal Levels" inside Fusion Rooms and maintain matched chat delivery.
  • System Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to route necessary matchmaking alerts and message push notifications.

3. What We Don't Collect

We believe in absolute data minimalism. We explicitly avoid collecting:

  • Address books, device contact directories, or native calendar streams.
  • Tracking identifiers or cookies utilized for third-party behavior marketing.
  • Biometric parameters or sensitive private financial logs.

4. Fusion Rooms & Reveal Logic

Fusion Rooms are built as fluid, daily group chats featuring unique privacy layers:

  • The Tbilisi Flush: All daily conversational rooms, temporary logs, and ephemeral messages reset completely every single morning at 08:00 AM Tbilisi Time (UTC+4).
  • Progressive Disclosure: By engaging in group interactions, you permit the staged unblurring of your profile assets to active room participants based on active chatting indicators.
  • Persistent Connections: Room metrics and user profiles dissolve at reset unless a mutual match condition is confirmed by both accounts prior to the room deadline.

5. Data Sharing & Infrastructure Processing

Your privacy is protected. We share data only through these parameters:

  • Peer Interaction: Display names, progressive photo clarity states, and messages become visible to group peers or direct match targets during active matching.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Data handling tasks are safely distributed through Google Firebase (Firestore DB, Cloud Storage, Auth engines, and Cloud Functions) under enterprise-tier data isolation protocols.
  • Legal Mandates: Data access may be facilitated strictly if compelled by judicial decrees under Georgian legal jurisdictions.

6. Security Implementation

We leverage industry-grade security measures within the Google Cloud Platform architecture. Network queries between consumer devices and cloud interfaces use secure TLS encryption. While we deploy resilient technical safeguards, no web service can promise absolute impenetrability; users should always treat direct message inputs with care.

7. Data Retention & Safety Exceptions

Our data lifetimes are explicitly optimized for account survival and security verification:

  • Active Profiles: Core account identities persist while user accounts remain active.
  • In-Transit Chat Media: Directly transferred room images are permanently deleted immediately after view events.
  • Daily Purge Cycles: Chat documents inside daily open rooms vanish completely following the standard 08:00 AM Tbilisi Time reset.
  • Platform Protection Retentions: If an account is banned for terms violations or malicious action, the associated email string is retained inside a permanent hash list. This prevents bad actors from evading security bans or cycling accounts. Accounts placed under a "shadowban" state remain functional for the end-user but are systematically omitted from global Discovery views.

8. Your Rights & Google Play Account Deletion Link

You have full authority over your data. You can inspect your records, request structural changes, or execute full data deletion.

Account and Data Deletion Procedures:
In absolute compliance with Google Play Data Safety Mandates, you can fully wipe your registration footprint via two methods:

1. In-App Self Service: Open the application, go to Settings > Account Control, and tap Delete Account. This initiates a database trigger that immediately clears your authentication record, removes your profile fields, and deletes your match ties.
2. Web Data Erasure Request Portal: If the application is uninstalled, you can submit an explicit web deletion ticket by emailing your registration address to our support mailbox listed below. Web-initiated deletion procedures are confirmed and executed completely within 72 hours.

9. Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Standards

ChatPlikacia is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 and older. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding the creation, sharing, facilitation, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Enforcement & Prevention Measures:
1. In-App Reporting: Users have access to immediate flag and report buttons on all user profiles and within active chat environments to report safety concerns.

3. Legal Reporting Mandates: All discovered or reported instances of child safety violations will result in immediate, permanent account termination. ChatPlikacia complies fully with global child protection regulations, preserves all vital diagnostic logs, and reports incidents directly to national and international law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
