1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or executing commands within the ChatPlikacia mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to abide strictly by these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these rules entirely, do not install or use this application.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to establish a profile on ChatPlikacia. By using this Service, you affirm that you have the complete capacity and legal authority to agree to these guidelines, and that you have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving harassment or personal safety violations.

3. Account Management

You are completely responsible for protecting your Firebase authentication credentials and for all operations conducted through your account profile. You must supply accurate and honest information—including your authentic age and biological gender identity—to ensure the structural accuracy of our backend matchmaking algorithms.

4. Machine-Learning Profile Verification

To promote community authenticity, users may request a "Verified Badge." This optional verification process utilizes on-device Google ML Kit face-detection tools to compare your live confirmation selfie directly against your uploaded profile picture. You agree that your verification status remains subject to manual final approval by system administrators. We reserve the right to remove verification badges if your profile image configurations are modified deceptively.

5. Fusion Rooms & Ephemeral Cycles

ChatPlikacia operates temporary group systems ("Fusion Rooms") defined by the following technical parameters:

• The 08:00 AM Flush: Every single morning at exactly 08:00 AM Tbilisi Time (UTC+4), all running Fusion Rooms are deleted on the server. Any conversation assets, images, or chat trees that have not developed into a confirmed mutual "Like/Match" are permanently erased.
• Automated Structural Sorting: Groups are constructed automatically via server-side logic incorporating local geo-hashes and gender targets. Group assembly is completely automated.
• Progressive Identity Unmasking: You understand and accept that your display attributes (name and photo clarity tiers) will progressively unblur to other active room members as conversational milestones are reached.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) & 24-Hour Moderation SLA

As a platform hosting real-time interactions, ChatPlikacia strictly enforces Google Play User-Generated Content rules. You maintain structural ownership of individual text inputs and messages, but you agree to the following conditions:

7. Blink Media & Hardened Capture Security

The "Blink" feature lets you share ephemeral media files that disappear after being viewed. Our mobile architecture uses OS-level safety flags (including Android's FLAG_SECURE protocols) to block standard screenshot utilities and active screen-recording tools during these moments. Attempting to bypass these safeguards—such as by taking photos of the screen with a secondary camera—is a direct violation of these terms and will result in a permanent account ban.

8. Monetization Disclosures

ChatPlikacia is currently provided entirely free of charge. No premium upgrades, coin balances, or standard billing tiers exist at this time. However, we reserve the right to introduce premium add-ons or optional features in future updates. Any upcoming transactions will follow standard Google Play Billing specifications, and refund terms will be clearly detailed when those features launch.

9. Intellectual Property

The ChatPlikacia brand identity, application interface layouts, system logos, and our custom "Luxury Tech Noir" design aesthetic are the exclusive intellectual property of ChatPlikacia and its corporate developer entity, WEBGUS. You may not copy or mirror our interface components or matching logic without written authorization.

10. Disclaimers & Service Constraints

The Service is delivered to you strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We cannot guarantee that all users are accurately representing themselves or their identities. Please exercise regular safety precautions when interacting with strangers or moving online conversations into real-world settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ChatPlikacia, its operational leads, or its developer umbrella (WEBGUS) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime, system errors, or the real-world behavior of users met through the platform.

12. Enforcement, Shadowbans, and Account Termination

To preserve platform health, we maintain an active enforcement model:

• Tier 1: Shadowban Status: Accounts flagged for questionable behavior or initial rule violations may be shadowbanned. Shadowbanned users can still open the app and access existing chats, but their profile is hidden from the Discovery feed and they cannot join new rooms. This helps us assess behavior changes without disrupting existing matches.
• Tier 2: Permanent Account Deletion: Users who continue to receive reports or commit severe violations will have their accounts terminated immediately. When a profile is banned, the associated email is permanently blacklisted to prevent account cycling or ban evasion. This action is final and not subject to appeal.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws and regulations of Georgia. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of your use of ChatPlikacia will be handled exclusively within the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
